An albimera or edentree is both a distant-Deep Time past and far-future techno-organic / solarpunk Kristang indigenous living power source. The Deep Time past version of Edentrees are also represented in myth and science fiction as Obelisks or Poneglyphs, and once were used by the World Government of the Second Mundansa of humanity to both power their extremely advanced civilisation and to ensure near-total hegemonic control over the areas of the Earth under their authority.
The far-future Edentree is both a tree and a living, sentient biological supercomputer, connected directly to Gaia and taking over the functions of the Obelisk Network in the Second Mundansa.
