Pinchah Kristang, the first Kristang Online Dictionary, was launched at the 1st Kristang Language Festival on 20 May 2017 by Singapore’s Deputy Prime Minister, Mr Teo Chee Hean.

The development of the dictionary was led by Luís Morgado da Costa and based on the WordNet system developed at the Nanyang Technological University. The dictionary was an attempt to compile entries from the three existing print dictionaries (including the new edition by the Eurasian Association in Singapore), entries from Jardinggu the lexical incubator for Kristang, as well as previously-undocumented entries from the community — so that Kristang can be available and accessible to a wider audience.

The Kristang Online Dictionary is no longer accessible as of October 2024, and has been superseded by the Libru Lontra or the Otter Book, hosted on the Merlionsman Coaching & Consulting website run by Kevin Martens Wong. Libru Lontra has the same aims as the original Pinchah Kristang dictionary, but with the inclusion of even more material previously not incorporated into Pinchah Kristang. You can access the Libru Lontra here.
